Fitness: Routines

 

Our goal is to provide you with the basics to improve your body and health. Depending on your interests, that may include powerlifting and strength training, bodybuilding and figure training, lifting to get in shape, or alternative exercise programs, such as Yoga, Pilates, or CrossFit, or anything in between.

Jason and Jan are both certified Personal Trainers, and have extensive experience with all of the types of exercise listed above. They are able to answer any questions you may have to help you get in shape today.
